This payment policy outlines the terms and conditions for making payments athotel
and resorts owned and managed by Wish Trip Private Limited, a corporation constituted under the laws of India, and its subsidiaries, controlled entities, affiliates and related parties (“WISHTRIP”).
Reservation and Booking
• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to secure a reservation.
• Guests must provide accurate billing information at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods
• WISHTRIP accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Payment via third-party booking platforms may have different terms and conditions.
Payment Upon Check-In
• Guests are required to settle any outstanding balance upon check-in.
• Additional charges incurred during the stay will be added to the final bill and
must be paid before check-out.
Security Deposit
• A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges.
• The deposit amount will be refunded at check-out,
subject to inspection of the room and hotel property for damages.
Traveler Cancellation Policy:
• If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% refund.
• If cancelled between 15 - 29 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund.
• If cancelled between 07 - 14 days prior to arrival: 25% refund.
• If cancelled less than 07 days: No refund.
Currency
• All transactions will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Exchange rates for foreign currency payments may apply, as per the prevailing rates.
Payment Receipts
• Guests will receive a payment receipt for all transactions made at hotels and resorts of WISHTRIP.
• Receipts can be provided in electronic or printed format upon request.
Disputes
• Any disputes related to payments shall be resolved by WISHTRIP’s dispute resolution policy.
Liability
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables if it is in a Public area.
Changes to Payment Policy
• WISHTRIP reserves the right to amend this payment policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately
upon posting on the hotel's website or other communication channels.
